Panerai released a limited run of 3 models in this configuration in 2014 powered by a Minerva hand wind: 518, 519, and 520 all made of different case materials. The reps use an ST19 instead of the Minerva, still hand wind (back of mine below). The power reserve and wind feel are incredible. Ive been trying to get my hands on the white one for a while (518). These havent been repped in a long time and are fairly rare/hard to come by. There are 2 reps out there, the KW/V6F is considered the better one (better dial and hour and minute hands way closer to gen, but oddly enough the other factory did a better job on the subdial hands than KW/V6F).

Heres a picture with full light. The dial on the 520 is a sandwich dial creating the hour markers.
