Hi Pam63c, it’s 47mm but very slim, the 6154 case is probably the slimmest available - google Athaya Vintage. This watch was built by me from individual parts. The case is available to take either an eta 6497 or a Cortebert 616 (has different spacer ring). You can pick up either movement from your fav auction site. Then you will need a dial and hands also available online, hands can be bought on the bay and dials are readily available too. You will need some patience waiting for all the parts to arrive though .
