I went back to the 1118 and I must admit, I love this watch. every time I wear it my gallery has pages and pages of pics because i love the looks of it and the dial is just gorgeous in so many different ways.

I threw it on an MN strap and it’s so comfortable and I love the look. I know summer is over but it’s a great summer combo.

Last night I took a ride and this dial can go from looking matte/flat to sunburst depending on the light but at night, the dial always seems to have a subtle little shimmer that always catches my eye and looks cool. Catch some light and it looks even cooler when the lume is charged.

Every time I look at the time I am still amazed by how the hands look like the float and almost seem computer generated. It’s so cool.

It is a beauty…but i ve bought it two times and resell it the same times……i don t know why but i never fell in love with it even if i like it very much…..

I know what you mean. It’s interesting because when I got the 1118 I didn’t think I liked it all that much but when I wore it, I realized how many pictures I was taking because I loved the dial. And it started growing on me.

I bought the 1663 and I just didn’t love it the way I hoped and expected I would.

Vsf was really starting to do some interesting things when they got shit down. They had a string of solid releases coming off the line quickly. Panerai must have breathe a sigh of relief when they started making Rolex that was just too good which got them shut down.
