Factory from what I'm told. I gave it a quick 3 second charge with a strong flashlight and took the Pic you saw (here again at 3:50).

Incidentally, a little time passed and when walking by I noticed was still pretty bright an d happened to take another Pic. I didn't even realize it was almost an hour exactly.

When I received my HF 026, I was surprised by the power of the lum, I already shared photos, I thought that it was no less bright than gen, though I also believed that it would not glow for so long. The photo after an hour makes them respect their efforts in an attempt to repeat the quality of lume panerai. In general, 088+ gen dial, this is a cool find. Congratulations. Are you planning to set the dial?

I believe not. I am completely satisfied with rep rubber, and when I want to get the most genre-like look, I put it on, because it is the closest, unlike almost any rep strap. Unless, if you can get it relatively cheap.

799 on oem rubber. I'm amazed how many self proclaimed "watch lovers" never heard of Panerai.

This 799 is one of my many favorites and the model that gets recognized and commented on most often by random people.
