What is this watch please? I'm looking for a 42mm Pam, in brushed steel or titanium. Is this one? Is there a list of Pams with various specs and qualities somewhere? So many models, so little time! Anybody have a NWBIG recommendation? Thanks.

As pimsis has pointed out, that’s a 45mm Radiomir, but there are a couple of 42mm panerai’s here for sale on M2M at the moment.
One is a beautiful blue sunburst faced Luminor, that comes with a good selection of straps to fit 42mm pams, in case you buy more, then you’ll have lots of options, because, you will buy more :

The other is a beautiful black faced 42mm Radiomir in a rose gold body, which is gorgeous too:

My recommendation, Commander Straker, between the two, would be to get both
