Rolex did not make a 116619LB with a sunburst dial but they should have:
I saw a very similar build for sale as gen on a Facebook watch group. Dude wanted an insane amount of money for it. Had to call him out. Someone chimed in and said it was real. Then I showed him the only way that watch got a sunburst dial. Seller never came back to prove anything.
