I have all the reference guides. I am about to order my date just from Pure time and added some Cartier, just checking to see if any better TD for Cartier exist.

Every TD can source the same watches, probably even from the identical sources / wholesalers.

There really are no preferred TDs for a particular factory. All TDs have the same access to the factories...

People may just have TD preferences based on their own prior experiences or on reviews they read posted by others.

If you are referring to Factory making the best Cartier, it also depends on which model you want to get. Example like Santos 100, Santos Dumont, Balon Bleu etc.

Generally the V6F does make some nice midsize and ladies Cartiers.
