Truly a beautiful watch! Glad to see that they are making new versions of the Nautilus. It's badly in need of a more perfect version.
The watch is not a new version . The rep is still the same old miyota version but has more RG on it than the plating before. Yes we would welcome a new version but that's not it unfortunately.
Last but certainly not least. This combo color is a fantasy rep. The correct version 5711R comes with RG case, grey dial, RG hands and markers, and brown leather strap with contrast stiching.

Thank you Godfather, as always your observations are spot-on. Indeed, the nautilus in all of its forms (especially the 5980!) is one of my grail watches. I always wonder how can manufacturers get much more accurate ROO diver or 15400 replicas than the nautilus. One can dream about a future superrep!

Does anyone know if BP plans on making this with the gray dial? 25 to 30 microns is actually pretty good and similar to an old pocket watch with a 25 year gold plate
One of the first things a prospective buyer of this watch will want to do is swap the strap for an OEM strap. Does anyone know if this model accepts an OEM PP strap?

Ha ha, true, byproduct of frustration with the thickess and/or chunkiness of the AP replicas. At least with Patek replicas they have achieved the more comfortable thin designs of the original.
The rep Patek thickness is close as gen unless like AP"s . The factory should correct the dial colours to make its a super rep.

I bit the bullet and ordered one of these 18K Gold Nautiluses. I was also able to get a grey Nautilus dial. I plan to swap the gold indices onto the grey dial and have a strap made to fit the BP lugs. New project to drive me crazy this fall, LOL.
