The 187 g had different versions made, the better version are recessed like the GEN, some where made after without... Since the post has not been updated since 2015 I was woundering if there where any members who knew or seen another updated version of the 187g with recessed. On the A7753 dials and pushers are working from what i've been reading on the forum. Cheers!

Speaking of mine I can say that the subdials are not recessed...at least most of the time. Depending on light and angle they are sometimes which one can see at the pics I made.
The a7753 version is fully functional.

I had been able to source the version with recessed subdials via m2m and I have to say "yes...there is definitely a visible difference" plus the "old version" is capable of taking a swiss 7753
