This was a tough one because I’ve bought from several TDs over the years, and all of them have been total gents, IMHO. But I’ve got to hand my vote to Andrew/TrustyTime.
I had dozens of transactions with Andrew over the years. There were only two instances where I had an issue and each time Andrew went far above and beyond to resolve the situation. One instance I missed a defect with dial print that was clearly visible in QC. I think it was the second watch I ever bought, total noob move on my part. And he could’ve easily told me to go pound sand, but he didn’t. Andrew sent me a brand new replacement dial. The other time he had a local watchmaker replace a bad movement 100% at his cost. Andrew is a good man, ain’t many of us left!
