The dial tells you. If it says "Swiss T<25" it means it contains Tritium. Yours is "Swiss" so Superluminova. The half life of tritium is about 12 years so if it was tritium it would only have a faint glow by now if even any at all. I have a tritium dial and hands from 1984. The lume is completely dead.
I have here GEN Tritium dial and hands and all well cared from 1997 - it is like „alone in the dark“

In my sub gen 16613 the bezel Is so hard to turn.

That click spring doesn’t look right... There should be a curve and bend at the tip, something like this:
