The dial tells you. If it says "Swiss T<25" it means it contains Tritium. Yours is "Swiss" so Superluminova. The half life of tritium is about 12 years so if it was tritium it would only have a faint glow by now if even any at all. I have a tritium dial and hands from 1984.
