Well thanks for the advice, but I know that drill hence I was asking Rudy for some links for another way. No offense but see that tenor and post count. Hell, maybe I sounded all noobish.

Sorry Rob I have been bizy with work and haven't got the chance to get on here much!
But I see the TT brothers came to your Rescue ! Cheers everyone! Spirit looking good!

Clasp looks good kev!!!

Thanks Damian! It's certainly a nice upgrade. I didn't completely restore the clasp but I did give it a light refinish and cleaning. She completes the bracelet and matches the wso finish well.

Next - to update the dial.

What you doing with the dial, lol, need to flip back a few pages and catch up

Damian, I'm actually pulling my gen dial out to pass it on to Ceo. He's got an SEL build which makes my dial period correct for him. I'm taking his flat S dial (in photo) since I've got a hollow end link build.

Am I going to drill the lug holes? That's a good question I probably will. It's really the only last mod I need to make my watch aesthetically period correct.

I'm going to be seeing my watchmaker on Monday. I plan to talk to him about the feasibility of drilling the lugs safely. The big thing for me is not wanting to loose my watch for another week. It's been going thru so much work that I haven't had the chance to enjoy it!

It's defiantly one of the best builds I have seen in some time! But?
I think you going as far as you did! And spending all this money! It's a must to do the lug holes especially if you plan on keeping it!
You know once you go TT it's hard to return back to plane SS subs..lol! So I think twice about ever selling it!

Yeah you have my word that this case will get lug holes and I agree, having built this watch to its current specs, makes looking back at an LN build project very difficult to consider again.

If only I could find myself a 1:1 GMT case...

Gonna upgrade to gen glass and add some gen movement parts to the watch as soon as I get back from my trip.
