Varies. Can be up to more than a GEN would cost.

I have heard about these WM9's but it's a shame they don't come up much on m2m.
I would build one, but I need a 16613 base to start.

Well, If you decided to go the frankenpath, you wouldn't need a base watch. Just Source the parts one by one. (eg TC case, GEN Dial/hands crown etc.)
You might aswell contact your TD (If you Dont want such an expensive build) He MIGHT be able to Source you Dial and hands Or what you want..

Cheers for the advice mate, appreciate it. I am mainly looking for something good out of the box that I can later Mod.
But a WM9 is what I would have in an ideal world.

Keep in mind, it costs hell of money. I might be putting one up on m2m soon but as of now I'm only thinking about a trade..

Yeah true, that's why I would just mod the bits that needed doing and not just mod everything for the sake of it. Generally the bracelets always need upgrading on reps and dials.

I was thinking of maybe trying to trade my Gen Omega Deville Prestige for a decent 16613 blue dial TT SUB either a franken or decent modded WM9.
