OK, I just got this modded 24A from LOS. What a fantastic watch.

Ziggy lume, "Ultimate" crystal and datewheel, gen crown, old-school dial and case with no bezel hash marks, modified CG lever.

Take a gander:

Looks pretty good on that GeF Valdarno, too, huh? 8)

This is the only panerai sub that I like most because it is so rare. It took me almost 2 years to complete the project.

Here's mine (if you don't mind me posting here)

- Old school dial with all the metallic rings surrounding the dot hour markers removed and relumed by Ziggy with his aged lume
- Old school case set with thick and solid closed caseback and polished unmarked bezel
- T48's crown
- CG lever pin flattened
- Lello's DW
- Cannon pin flushed by Ziggy

Hey, CC, glad you posted!

I have a KWong black sharkie, but it's not nearly as deeply ridged as yours. Something about the black/black on this watch just doesn't do it for me.

It looks nice on my 114E, though. :wink:

Perhaps I'll throw my natural SAV on the 024 this weekend and take some pics. The color of that strap should match the lume nearly perfectly....
