Immediate buy once the black version is available. I'm almost immediate buy now, but I have a great 15400 rep and the last black watch I bought was a rep HBB 20 years ago (that's still working just fine today!!!). So I'm due for a new black watch.

100% on this looking great in the black ceramic. Also curious to see what a good modder will do to this SS version.

THB doesn't seem keen on the 37mm models at the moment as the skeleton clone 3132 movement will need to be redone to match the colors of the 37mm ones, and models are not many, since they will need to produce a certain quantity of the movements.
I mean: this movement has been released in a total of 23 versions since 2016. Of these 23, a total of 10 had a black movement. 8 had a silver one and 5 had a gold/rose colored one. At least the silver one seems worthwhile to me ;)

I am no expert, but how complex is it to recolor a movement? After all, we are not talking about using real white gold or gold...

But well, we'll see if it really happens someday or not ;)

Not complex. All about the money.

To do the 37mm they would have to hold a new case, movement, bracelet, handset. Basically a new watch. Which could cost tens of thousands of dollars.

Replicas are a business at the end of the day. It's easy for us to talk but doing such things is much harder.

This has already been mentioned several times in the other threads, but no new movement needed: the gen 37mm version uses the exact same movement as in the 41mm version. Cases and bracelets are also already available in 37mm, since there are a lot of reps on the market. The only thing really new would be the hands and indices.

But I mean, you are probably right: as someone who doesn't work in the business, it's probably easier to imagine than it actually is 😄...

We are assuming the new rep movement works like the gen, that 37mm is compatible with 41mm, something tells me it isn't that simple 😂

If they add the 2nd balance wheel even just f spinning with no function.... That's all I want.

APSF made the black ceramic before ya? I figure it shouldn't be too hard to release it since they had it already

No APSF never made the ceramic in this model but the perpetual calendar but I assume it could work for this movement

If its not moving isn't that even more noticeable than it not being present at all?

Also posted this in the other thread I wonder if the balance can now also be changed to free sprung like in the ACE movements.

Can you kindly explain what the mods are here. From what I can tell it seems to be a double balance wheel?
