TD list is important for sure. I think it is equally important that our TDs should have a blacklist for shitty customers like this, if he screwed one, he can't get jack shit from all other TDs.

You should see the shit show at RepTime on Reddit. It’s like kindergarten. “NO, I wanna do it MY way!!! (Sticks out tongue)” Come in, read for 5 mins, start commenting “hey nice watch! Wtc? Link please. How close is it to gen? Is it 1:1 or super rep tier? I will only buy the best, and it has to be indistinguishable from gen. Which TD sells this model? How much? I saw it on (insert random scam site) and they have a lifetime warranty, should I pull the trigger?” UGH!

Then, when they get ripped off, they get all pissed when asked if they read anything. No, of course not; that takes time.
