I’ve had two different experiences-
The first time I ordered a watch from her in Feb of 2024 I received my watch within three weeks of ordering. It was a DJ 41 - Roman Dial Azzuro Blue. Everything went well and I received regular communication. The watch arrived quickly and was perfect. I was really blown away and wasn’t expecting such a quick turnaround based on prior reviews- everything I read said the waits can be lengthy.
On November of 2024 I ordered an explorer 224270 and this time around the process has taken a bit more time, I’ve requested an update and currently holding for that.
Lucy has a great reputation for quality on here and that’s why I’ve gone through her for these orders. That said, I’m certain the watch will come in due time and when it does will be as close to perfect as possible. The gaps in communication and delays are pretty well documented and reported on the forum but I’m not aware of anyone that never received their watch.
