There certainly must have been a strong discussion with someone, but I think we all discussed with @Storm. , when it happened to me we spoke up privately and everything was resolved.
But it's clear that not everyone would like his return, I hope so.
Someone who knows more could also explain...

Storm. unfortunately was tried and convicted of bringing fake luxury items (watch parts ) into Germany. His punishment is to stay away from the internet on all devices for one year and he has to do 2000 hours of community service for some team in the football league called Landesliga.
@GingerBubba had enough of Storm. tagging him so he reported him to the authorities.
