TD Says Wise Transfer is Deactivated - Is this weird?

Did tons of research and found my watch! Reached out to several TDS (cross checked contact info on this forum, repgeek and rwg. check, check.

Selected Andrew from TrustyTime. Has the model I want! From the Factory I want!

But a few weird things have happened:
(1) I ordered the watch from his website (WHICH I LINKED TO THROUGH THIS FORUM). And when I got the "payment details" via email - everything was blank? No bank, no routing, no nothing?
(2) When I emailed him from my yahoo account, it bounced back.
(3) When I entered his email address in Wise Transfer - nothing matched
(4) When I emailed, he said his Wise Account shut down suddenly????

Should I run in the other direction? It was going so swimmingly!

Hearing plenty of people having their wise accounts deactivated, seems they’re coming down on people.

However make sure you’re contacting the correct numbers as listed in the TD section

I have bought a number of watches from Andrew at Trustytime and never had a problem. Once I placed the order he would send an invoice within a couple of days with the link to pay by Wise. It was super easy and I didn’t have to enter any information.

I’ve seen others here report that he has an issue with Wise. Shit happens. Choose another payment service if you can, or try another TD 😄

Hi mate

I ordered a lot from Trusty time.
When selecting bank transfer, you will get no payment details in the confirmation email / confirmation page.
Just wait for an additional email which will come usually within 12 hours where the payment details will be.

Absolutely. Also hearing they are coming down on Wise Accounts. I think that's it....
