As you all know it has been a while since a decent 16613 has been available.TC could bring a 16613 to market
but the biggest challange to this project will be with the gold application to the 2 tone bracelets.Plating,wrapping
or making the bezel and crown out of gold are the easy bits.The hard part is the bracelet.It needs to arrive completely
disassembled and the endlinks need to be 3 piece.TC needs a commited or interest in 100 pieces to realize this project.
The bracelet maker will supply TC with 100 unassembled bracelets if we can commit to them.


There's about 30 bracelets spoken for on Repgeek, and we need to get to 100 to get this going.

Unassembled bracelets are $49. There's going to be options for what kind of gold you can get. This is how it was explained by Janeto.

That price is for a $49.00 stainless bracelet unassembled.We need a minimum order of 100 to get them unassembled.Once we have them then we can try a few of the options e.g. gold plating,gold wrap, real 14K/18K gold or a combination of all the above....we will then give a few optoins for final pricing.Think of your $49.00 as a deposit for a first run.....we will purchase a few extra bracelets to experiment on....then we'll give the group the options and pricing.You will send the balance and you get your bracelet.....there will be a 16613 upgrade kit available as well.we'll talk about that later...for now we need to get the bracelet down which will be the biggest challenge....


we need everyone interested in this project to commit to at least 1 bracelet so we hit the minimum 100 required to get them unassembled; that gives us the opportunity to also buy a few extra ones to use as the "guinea pigs" before we do the first run on the ones you guys commited too....this is how it works with the bracelet maker unfortunately....heck commit to more than one and we might be able to get there quicker....

If this pans out you should be able to have the best of both worlds.....buying afully assembled watch or a 16613 kit......but we need to get the bracelet figured out first, as it is the most crucial part of the equation!!"

I'm down for several bracelets at $49 unassembled, and I'll see what options they have for wrapped or solid when the 100 order is fulfilled.

Oh, I'm in for at least one if not two....A kit would be kind of cool. I can assemble mine if I need to, and if it's not too terribly crazy, solid 18K. Gold has been crazy in the last few years, so wrapped might help with the price point. Whatever it takes to get this thing off the ground, guys- I'm in...

It takes 100, they have about 30 on RG. Same thing for the TC Yacht Master when that was starting, it took 100 to get going. I'm already on the RG list so I won't count myself.

On the proviso that the bracelet and clasp is of gen quality, I will take a TT solid gold version.
Of course, indicative pricing would be useful as there's no point making them if they cost same as gen (not likely).

Understand I am a minority player on this though.

And I want gold wrapped (no stainless edges on the mid links) and possibly one with solid gold mid links depending on price.

This is what I understand to. All though it's not in stone yet!!
I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I noticed in one of his post on here recently at a factory that he visited. About dial production. That he said they where over stocked with some dials. That could be used for these TT sub's we are talking about. I don't know what will happen. Only TC know's But it looked very promising.
And if his TT sub's look as good as his offering's now. And will take gen parts! I think we could see some killer frankin's in the future.

I keeping my fingers crossed. I think if people buy these great parts. Then
the sooner we can see this TT sub we all love.
