Switching hands on an IWC Chronograph 41

Just bought a clone IWC and realised the small dials at 6 O'clock and 9 O'clock operate the other way round i.e. continuous seconds needs to be red which is at the Chrono minutes dial at 6 O'clock.

What's probably required is to move the operation of the dials and switch hands.

Can anyone help? Costs?

The actual hand swapping is not difficult with some watch tools and some basic knowledge- but if you have not done that before I recommend a watchmaker.

Thanks. It appears that there may be more to it as the movement and watch face do not match.

Correct , different layout due to in-house IWC gen movement, not yet cloned by chinese rep factories.
