Swedish customers, please read. Need help to track shipping.

I´ve got two orders from two different dealers, both dealers are trusted here.
Both dealers have supplied me with tracking number with HongKong Post.

If I go to HongKong Post´s website and enter the tracking numbers, all I can see is that both shippings has been shipped, and the date they have been shipped.

Is there any way to track the parcels since they´ve left the sender?
How can I track the shippings and see if they´ve entered Sweden?
Can I use the www.posten.se to check for the shippings?
In that case, should I use the same tracking number as for the HongKong Post website?

There has been almost three weeks since the first shipment left the dealer, so I´m not worried, I know that it might take one or two weeks more.

It would just be kind of nice to see where and how far the parcels have came.

the tracking number remains the same.
I'm not sure how it works with hk post, but with ems, they have links to which ever site you need to do the tracking on in your country.

Yes, that has worked for all shipments I have received sent via Hongkong post, but the shipment doesn't show at posten.se until they have reached Swedish soil.

När jag fick mail från säljaren att han skickat klockan så fick jag ett kolli-id och adressen till den där HongKong-sidan.

Vilken adress har EMS-sidan?
Och, är det samma kolli-id hos EMS som hos HongKong-posten?

It´s just one thing I wonder about.
Last week I got an sms that said there were a package for me at the local postoffice.
The thing is that the trackingnumber had changed.
If I searched at Posten.se with the first trackingnumber it did not show.
But if I searched Posten.se with my new trackingnumber it showed every step since it got to Sweden.

What if I didn´t write my mobile phone number in the order?
Then they will not be able to sms me and tell me the new trackingnumber.
Will the package then lay in the postoffice without me knowing about it, and then get shipped back to the dealer?

How can I ask the postoffice about this without the new trackingnumber?

Pick up the package and ask the post office about the change in tracking numbers. Maybe they can explain.

Already did.
They said just like you guys that the tracking number will not change on this one, and that the package hasn´t arrived to Sweden yet.
It was shipped November 3:rd.
I guess it´s just me wanting the watches fast...
But should it take three weeks?

Beställde 2 paket från Kina.

Kunde tracka dom på sidan som dealern gav mig tills paketen lämnade Kina.
Sen blir det mörkt ett tag, sen dyker dom upp under samma kolli på posten.se
Fick mitt igår.
Och det andra dök upp för en liten stund sen på posten.se, så det är väl framme imorron.

Mörker perioden mellan Kina och Sverige var 3 dagar i mitt fall.

Jag vet inte hur hong kong funkar, men 3 veckor har gått sedan dom skickade paketet?
Känns lite konstigt.

The item (RBXXXXXXXXXHK) was posted on 3-Nov-2010.


Och så har det stått i gott och väl en vecka nu.

I think that all posts in this thread should be done so in English as this is a forum and it is unfair to the other members who do not speak your language. Having a conversation between yourself and another member in your native language turns the tread into a PM between you and the other party that you are speaking with. Just my $0.02 :thinking:

I agree. That´s why I wrote my last reply in both Swedish and English.

Sometimes it takes about week, sometimes it takes over a month. It's the beauty of postal services

I guess the best thing to do is to just forget about it and one day or another it´ll get here.
The "good" thing is that I´m waiting for tho shipments from two different dealers, and they are both taking their time getting here.
And since they are both taking time I guess it indicates that there´s really nothing to be worried about.
It would be far worse if one shipment arrived, and the other didn´t!
