I haven't had it out of the case bro so I can't say exactly. The case is stated as 39mm. I measured the visible part of the dial through the crystal, it's about 32mm.

Yes, it is quite nicely finished. This is my 2nd Panerai, and I was unsure at first, since it was another black dial and felt it was also very similar to my Pam111, and I couldn't change my order to the blue dial Pam1085. I then realized I'd be in the same boat again with having another blue dial watch, and so my spiral into insanity would see no end.
