I think VRF uses double engravings. My VRF MAX has got double engravings and looks pretty similar to this new 904 model.

Just buy it and wear it. Don’t bother about 500 watch compare with 10k watch. No matter what no body will take out from your wrist and ask eh is this Gen? Unless they already been suspected you Long ago. So why BOTHER so much about Long f or not Long f. Just F*** the F and enjoy the watch! Merry xmas????

I ordered one from intime, but had to use Bitcoin for the first time. Now my funds in Bitcoin wallet are held up (I did bank transfer) for 9 days... So it will be some time before I actually get this. A gamble, but we'll see!

Bro careful of your bezel on 40 look like have some black dot. I have same prob as I tot dust after I accept it is totally like mole! Can’t be remove! So I change back with td.

Yes I really like the new 3135 vrf sub c .It's actually a bp/gmf/vrf
but i want to know if this is gen construction at the bezel .shame dial is not period correct.but if you have a 2010 gen hulk and the dial needs replacing at Rolex they will install any dial therefore making your gen possibly not period correct

It’s not gen contruction the bezel still same as old VR

The movement seem like big hit and VR became a first factory made correct case as Gen
But engraving on lugs still bad

So I wan‘t to say something to the bezel construction: I‘ve got this VRF Max LV and I can tell you the bezel is allover gen construction. So I guess this new 3135 has got the same case construction. It only differs in crown position and bore and of course inner case shape.

On this BP case the bezel construction often pops of as a complete assy. So some people might think it‘s not gen like but it is. It has got a Rolex style crystal and gasket with retaining ring an the typical 3 ball bearings and one clicker. Bezel insert is glued in with double sided tape. Bezel is held down with this small white delrin ring.

BTW: What is meant with „lug engravings“???

If I may ask, did you teardown the bezel assembly of your VRF MAX LV? What are the differences comapring to gen assembly?

The only thing i read about the MAX is that the click isnt as sharp and some modded with gen springs.

The click is great on my VRF Hulk. Much better as on the ARF SD43.

Actually, for some reason ,his post on RG shows more of the photos that seem to be missing on the post on RWI, so I'd try this:

Now he says that there are a variety on dials for the Hulk... on his old post, he indicated that there were only a couple of dials on the LV version as compared to the LN. So I guess things have changed since then, and now gen Rolexes have just as many variations on the LV dial as the LN.
