That is no stiff plastic there inside that red fabric cover, the stiff nylon insert is only 5mm from the case, from then on that whole thing is pretty flexible.

So that's not a problem for you.

The problem is whether my insert is going to fit on that watch, what factory is it ?

Pls pm me a couple of pictures of the initial strap, especially interested to see the insert. And please measure the thickness of the insert that goes inside the watch as well as the distance between the holes ( where screw go in )
