Straps for Patek 5980r?

How do I change straps for 5980r?

I got a 5980r with a leather strap. However, now I want to change it. How do I take the strap off? I have been searching on the internet but no result came up.

I thought they all had drilled lugs. Mine does. Easy access to the spring bars.
