Funny that most of the spoiled brats who started a complaint thread like OP will end up disappearing and GTF back to reddit with absolutely nothing learnt. Not long from now, they might get scammed by some subreddits who "promised" fast delivery and cheaper AAA+ superclone reps never existed, then come back to this "small group of self-appointed RWI regulators" to whine again.

Dogteam7 you should have taken the time to read how the process works before rushing to order. Your idea of " do you have stock" and what the TD's idea is are two different things. You = in the TD's hand TD = can get it from the factory.

You as the buyer should:
1 research the watch before reaching out to a TD.
2 ask about availability and approximate timeline for them to receive the watch from the factory (this will vary with different factories and models)
3 if satisfied with the response then ask the TD for information for payment and make the payment
4 wait till you hear back from the TD confirming payment being received.
5 when you receive QC pics you either RL or GL within a timely fashion
6 if given the GL confirm your mailing address and wait 1 - 3 days to receive tracking.
7 wait for the watch to arrive which can range from 2 - 4 weeks unless a problem occurs.
8 and this is the most important one.. make sure you leave a review after the whole process is over and not while it's going on.

TD's should:
1 answer any questions you asked in your first contact message.
2 give payment information and this can vary with different TD's
3 confirm payment received
4 order watch from factory
5 give QC pics and video (some do a video)
6 confirm your mailing address if you have given the GL obviously lol.
7 prepare watch for shipping and give you the tracking number
8 work with you if watch gets confiscated at the border and also if the watch arrives and there is something wrong with it.

You have members who have been here for years letting you know how it works and that you need to be patient and you choose not to listen.

Absolutely not! I’m rather enjoying these guys crawling out of their holes and blowing blood vessels because I had the gall to request better service from a TD. Their arguments sound ridiculous but sadly I don’t think they are smart enough to see it.

Yep, read all that…..but when the TD tells me he is going to do something why should I expect something else. If you have it in stock that means you have it…. not that you have to order it from the factory. You guys are contorting yourselves like pretzels in order to preserve your God given right to poor service! If you like that then I’m happy for you. I obviously have different requirements and I’m allowed to do that.

I know "reading" to you sounds like a superhuman action, but if you even bother to read something here, you should realize that some of the people who left comments here are really living a good life in real life, at least we don't have to come here to whine about waiting for a rep for just a few weeks, knowing that getting a gen can wait for even longer. But don't let this bother you, you don't have the money to get a gen, that's the end of the story

Your payment was confirmed on April 14 and then Jtime has to order the watch, CF has to make it and that can take a few weeks as you are not first in line for the watch as others have ordered before you and Jtime will reach out to you when they receive the watch with QC pics.

So 20 days from confirmation of payment till now isn't a very long time and Jtime will contact you when they know something as they are not only waiting for your watch but many others they have ordered. So step away from whatever device you are using and breathe.

So I’m reading your explanation for the delay but it’s not making any sense. So when I asked if the watch was in stock he said yes……next I am told there was a problem with the watch they had in stock and they would order another one. Soooo if in stock really means they have to order it from the factory how was there already one there that needed to be replaced? I’ve read lots of great feedback about this TD. That’s why I chose him. I’m not saying everyone’s experience will be like this, just sharing mine. The next issue with the almighty few is their attempts to normalize poor service……No! Stop that. If you tell me this is what you’re going to do then do that…..and if anything changes communicate that accurately. The unexpected can always happen and I’m always prepared to accept that but good communication goes a long way and costs little.
