I am currently waiting on my 2nd order from Li Li (7 watches total).
First order was a vsf 126610LN and cartier panthere 22mm gold & steel.
QC received after payment was 3 days. She did order a 27mm first, which I pointed out. Had to wait another 2 days for the 22mm to arrive. GL'ed both and shipping to europe took 14 days. 19 days total from payment to watches in hand.
Second order I'm waiting on is a bigger order of 5 watches. Same deal, had to wait 3 days for QC pics but the QF tungsten ghost daytona I ordered took over a week, Li Li said that QF factory can be slow in delivery of their watches.
Got a deep crystal and waterproofing for the tungsten daytona and CF 126500 I ordered, this took another 2 days. These mods were pretty cheap and definitely worth considering when ordering from her.
Watches are currently on their way and I expect them to arrive in about 14 days.
All in all, Li Li has a lower price compared to TD's, communication is short but responsive and correct.

Watch received on the 5th of March. I think w/o looking back it was about a week.
I order the watch with a bracelet, she QCed one with a strap, that was corrected in short order + $27.00 USD more. She did not read my details well but corrected w/o issue. I communicated in both english and chinese to make it easier for her. All in all, it was good. Would buy from again.

Non TD don't tolerate RL easily. They make significantly less margin than TD. You make it difficult for them they'll just drop you as a customer. Unless your watch is glaringly bad, mechanical defect, or some crap, not really advisable to RL. You want to reject 5-6 times? Stick to a TD who has high margins and can tolerate it.
Makes sense, I thought that when you RL the factory took the loss, probably is not like that then

Most factories accept return, but you forget how much of a time waste it is for them to return the watch, ship it back, fees, cost, risk, for them, every RL eats into their margin. It is not like these factories openly have a mail post drop off point for easy return for illegal replicas.
I have to say this is only with the cheaper chinese non-TDs in my experience.
Update:
Received my second order after 20 days. Took about a week longer compared to my first order.
Li Li delivered without a problem and even checked with the logistics partner why the parcel took longer to arrive, will order again from her.
Decided to give it a shot with Lily. Not a TD, but for the science.
This morning 2 watches, Sent pictures and short description what I´m looking for. Few hours later reply from Lili, prices around 5%-10% cheaper then TD (worth it... well... debatable). Lily sent PP link -> I just made the payment.
Discussion very short and to the point (Nothing against that).

Reviews seem to be positive. Planning to buy VSF sub, does anyone here has a link on how to detect fake VSF from real?
How's it going? Paid for a watch a few ago myself and just waiting for QC.
QC for two watches. It took over a week to get the second watch, but it finally arrived.
Now watches are posted and waiting DHL. Triangle shipment seems to be way to go.
Recently ordered a Tudor pelagos GMT from Lili. $50 deposit to get things going, QC took about a week. When she sent the link to the photos the link was dead. I reached out but she wasn't very helpful, so I ended up finding the photos on her site myself. QC was good, GL, shipping was quick via FedEx, 4 days total. Best price by far, quick shipping. She's not very talkative but responds quickly.
Overall it went well, well enough I ordered a seamaster from her today.

Bought a sub from her, seems good. Had to ping her after a couple of weeks of waiting for QC, and she sent QC pictures the next day. The sub itself is very nice
Follow up from my above post. Second watch from Lili. Ordered VSF seamaster on 4/15, $50 deposit. QC received 4/18, GL given, payment in full. Watch ships 4/20 and arrived to Michigan 4/22. One week from order to arrival is pretty good in my book.
As long as she can figure out her triangular shipping, going forward I will continue to use her.
