I have bought two watches from Lili and been pleased so far. I got a ZF Tudor BB58 and a GMF ladies DJ 28mm. Her prices are excellent, and service great so far. Communication has degraded a little recently, not sure why. I noticed she changed her number associated with WhatsApp yesterday after I just ordered another watch on Monday (6/4/24) waiting for my shipping confirmation/tracking info… we’ll see.

Hi @Hyper-growth, will you confirm or correct my understanding of Lili's process below and any related timing based on your experience?
  • Whatsapp or Wechat > ask about watch > get price > put deposit or pay full > get QC pics > approve > pay any balance > ship
I'm confused if the above is correct, or if I'm supposed to pick a watch on her site (i.e., do an up-front QC on one of her "in stock" watches, and then request that specific watch).

She has something I'm interested in that TDs can't get ahold of right now. I have been chatting with her via Whatsapp for a few days, and the communication hasn't been great so far. While she responds relatively quickly, she either didn't answer, or only partially answered the few questions I have had. I always check my messages in a translation tool to make sure that they're clear and as brief as possible, and I've seen people on other forums say that she responds in English when messaging in Chinese from a western country code. Do you suggest I try to add Chinese alongside English for her convenience to see if that helps?

No need for translation. I have bought quite a few watches from LiLi. She may now and then not respond immediately but overall, LiLi has delivered quality product and she is my go to for my REP orders. I have sent a number of my closest friends to her and she has come through for them in the same manner. As to process, I send LiLi the specs of what I want and typically screenshot photo, factory and specs from a website and she sends a price. I PayPal the money in full. Typically then receive QC in 305 days. Then you approve "GL" and bingo she ships. Pay the extra for FedEx it is totally worth it.

Sorry for the late reply, but what Fjisland said is correct. I have bought several more watches from Lili with no issue. You just have to be patient because she sometimes takes longer to respond.

Cool, thanks. I put a deposit on a watch and am awaiting QC pics. I'll update here with my experience once I get the package.
The QC photos took forever to come over. The watch looked good. GL.
30 JUN - first contact
01 JUL - deposit
12 JUL - QC pics and GL
16 JUL - shipping label created
19 JUL - delivered, nice product

My thoughts are that her prices including shipping probably saved me about $60 compared to least expensive TDs. Least expensive TDs said they couldn't obtain this piece anyway, so I probably saved more like $125 on this one. I would use her again, although I would lean toward using a TD for the built-in customer service and peace of mind, assuming the prices were within $50.

I happily ordered and received an Explorer II from her earlier this year (a favourite and my daily wear - preferred even to my gen. rx - the quality is 5*), however the number I used is no longer working and messages to the automatically suggested new number doesn't get delivered.

Honestly, I just think she is busy so she keeps her responses short. I have purchased a couple watches from her and my experience has been the same as yours. That said, her prices are decent and she delivers what she says she is going to deliver. If you aren't getting the answers you need I would maybe ask again or move on to another dealer. I really don't ask too many questions other than "can you get...xyz", "how much", "what's your PP address"-- so I will continue to work with her. That said, I can see your side of things if you're not getting the answers you need to make a decision. Good luck!

I've ordered from Lili before. Good experience. Conversation was short - I tried to keep all questions as direct/short as possible also, knowing things might get lost in translation. QC was pretty quick and delivery also. I paid in full upfront, got qc after 3 days. Package shipped through RM in UK. From initial order to my wrist was ~10days. All in all pretty pleasant

I’ve ordered from LiLi and the experience was great. From payment to QC in around 12 hours. At my door in the US in 7 days from payment. Communication is brief but that’s how I prefer it anyway

Had anyone bad experience with Lili already ? Thinking about of buying a watch from her.
The comments seem like glowing reviews for Lili. I’ll bump this, has anyone had a bad experience with her, or maybe him?
