Seems like the "economy" version of this would be to start with a FC v3, then get the Noob Diver inner bezel and hands and do an easy swap. Not sure if the lume would mesh right, but if it did, this would be not too difficult and with a great result.

Actually, I consider your version not an "economy" but an "ultimate." FC V3 with Noob 5.1 inner bezel and hands would be the ultimate killer. Remains to be seen if it could be pulled off, as these watches cannot easily swap parts. I had to do some mods to get everything to fit tidily on the one pictured here.
Cyclops double AR: you need to remove the cyclops, which is unfortunately part of the dial, sandwiched between the top dial and a bottom metal plate attached by a very adhesive glue. The chances of failure (of instrument slipping and scratching the dial) are fairly high. But once removed the cyclops can be exposed to AR treatment just like a normal crystal, provided the AR factory is equipped for such small lenses (small loading tray that fits, etc.).

I have a v3 f carbon inbound as well as a ap diver 5.1. I'll let you all know if and how it comes along
