Hello all,

Hear's the deal. I've finally decided on which Panerai rep to buy (PAM 359) and the trusted dealer (Puretime). The situation is, I already have quite a few watches with leather bands. So, will the SS bracelet fit on the PAM 359? If so, can anyone suggest a great place to purchase the SS Bracelet (OEM or Rep)?

Ultimately, I'd like to alternate between the SS bracelet and leather band. Does anyone have any thoughts on the the practicality of doing so (is it a pain in the a$$ changing the band out for the bracelet for example)?

I'm attaching a pic of the PAM 359 for reference.

Thanks everyone!

Don't know if this will be of any use, but I have previously had a 113 and a 111 and regularly swapped the leather strap for a rep SS bracelet. The whole process was very straightforward, and I actually found mounting the bracelet easier than attaching the straps.

I found it was a good way of smartening up the PAMs.

I can't say for sure if the standard bracelet will fit since I dont have one (although it probably will), but changing between straps and bracelet is as simple as pushing the pin in and pulling the lug bar out. Takes about 30 seconds. If you do get a bracelet, be sure to post some photos with the 359!

Thank you jbetts1790, luckie, and Comc! I'll be sure to post pictures once I get the watch. Any ideas on where to look for the bracelet?

I got mine from another member in the straps for sale area. I kinda wished now I had gotten a polished one instead of brushed. 55 is a great price. Some of the watch sites sell them for 70USD.

Thank you jbetts1790, alucard666, and luckie!
I definitely will look for the polished bracelet now to match the 359.

do note that the SS bracelets have 2 designs.. for the 359, rightfully it should be the same bracelet as the 329, due to the year..

not too sure whether the old style SS will match the look of the 359..

I agree. The old style has the alternating brushed and polished links with the cg shape. I got the new style thinking I would polish it with a dremel if I don't like the brushed look. Haven't seen anyone carry the new style polished. I will post pics today.

Much nicer bracelet than the one I got. Where did you get that one? It's a beauty.

Very nice. Don't get me wrong, my bracelet is a monster but just isn't engraved.

OK, I know that this will bring down a ton of wrath, but I just don't think Panerai lend themselves to stainless bracelets. That is, of course, a purely subjective thought! Wear your stainless bracelet in good health--and then buy a leather one:)

Mine was the same as luckie's. This was it on my 113.......

Although it may be the incorrect version for the model of PAM you own, I reckon it would match in better due to the polished links. My personal opinion.

Puretime have several different types of the rep bracelet. I don't think you realise how much OEM would cost. Their rubber is high $100's new I think, imagine how much their stainless would be.
