This came out nice. Congratulations and awesome job.
So all in all, from start to finish, how much time do you think this project took to build?
And how would you catagorize the level of difficulty on this project? Is this the most complicated project you've done? You seemed to manage it nicely so I'd guess that you've done complex projects like this before.

Thanks bro, to manage all this project from beginning, means first batches, 4 months to arrive to this result.
Level of difficulties is highly, would says 9 on 10 scale, in fact many skills and knowledge are necessary,
Watchmaker of course
Cutting process
Finishing one
You have to acquire knowledge in watchmaking and jeweler, what’s not easy, this is why really hard project to manage and complexe one.
Those skills are common on high level watches industry, most of brand like AP, Milles, Vacheron and others know how to do that, but most of us, don’t have all those skills.
Hopefully have learned fast and now able to build them quite “easily”, I know now how and in what order I need to go, so finally could build one in maybe 15 days or less if I spend all my daily time on.
I never did project like this previously, serviced and Franken gen or rep Daytona l, yes, but never this kind of complexe build, really another level and skills, now make a servicing on a gen or rep Daytona or even a Franken build seems too easy.
Here is pics of the last one, this one is on a rep mainplate, will swapped all jewels by gen, all others movement parts will be gen, case/band rep, finishing in grey color, some of them in black, same dial/bezel/crystal, gen hands of course
This how all begin
Would have the same finishing job and quality than the previous gen one
