How did you do the galvanized process? Used paint or?

Was done by jewelers, so don’t know what kind rhodiage products it’s, but what am sure is a rhodiage process not pvd or DLC.

Have sent a mail to Li to know if noob could be interested by a production of this one, if they are maybe you could have one in a couple of months for an affordable price.

It’s quite impossible due to highly hours spent on one, to build others at an affordable price for members, just one need something like 500 hours job, all done by hands, so economically not affordable for most of us.

At this time have 3 ready for assembly, one with rep mainplate but others parts movement all gen only midcase rep, and 2 are full gen movement and one is a full gen, initially gen 116520.

Chronos working fine, means chrono bridge well adjusted, in fact had a slight deformation due to cutting process, so I needed to adjust it with help of another one,

Why this assembly is so difficult and long, all bridge needed to be checked before, even jewels fitting, long time job, but now perfect, could fit in the seconds chrono hands and auto wind module, sounds good

Here’s a good exemple of difficulties assembly, I need a stock chrono bridge to fit in hands, because if not due to pressure when installed hands, jewels modded bridge could get out or bridge could be deformed.

So finally just for assembly and adjustment I spent 2 to 3 days versus stock 4130, 6 hours job for all cleaning and assembly.
