It's different than the one I just got from PureTime, the engraving and screws on the reverse aren't there, but then again that was $70 more. I am delighted with mine, and have fitted a new strap and JLC deployant clasp off ebay. Here's a link to see the differences.

Yeah I'm aware of this version, I think this is the US version and is very accurate. The toro version I'm not sure, so asking experts. Would like to save some money if possible

I'm also on the hunt for a 1931. I get that the cheaper version is inaccurate on the caseback but I do not understand the mentioned font difference?

The cheap one has European hands (understood) but the "reverso" font is the US version? So far I thought the only difference between us and EU version are the hands?

So I just pulled the trigger on this "cheap" version for 126us incl. Shipping. Should be in total about 170 less than buying from puretime. In this case I can easily accept the different caseback and font. Actually I believe 99,9% is the people out there won't notice a font difference.

I have the 178,00 USD version from Perfect Clones, with the classic white dial. The back side has the same Big Ben engravings as the Toro versions, and the same 4 screws which are a tell. I do not care. The quality is amazing. I could not be happier.
