Sorry noob question...How to use the Crown lock on JLC NSD?

Sorry for the noob question.

Just don't want to force pulling or anything

Should I turn the lock so I can see white arrow on top means unlocked, then pull the crown to adjust time etc?

Or the other way?

Or the lock is just non functional cosmetic stuff on Rep? :facepalm:

No, red on top means unlocked, white on top means locked. It's fully functional. You will be able to set time etc even when locked but it will be very tight and you risk damaging the o-ring inside the crown.
