Lucy is a fantastic dealer, and why anybody would do this to her or anybody who tries to help them find something they're looking for and might not be able to locate otherwise is beyond me.

Lucy helped me and gave me a lot of advice before I'd even sent her any money for my order and even after our deal was completed she remained very helpfula nd full of advice. I couldn't recommend her any more. A fantastic dealer and an example to all of how customer service should be (I work in customer service, and my company could learn a thing or two!)
