Hi Friends,

Christmas is coming,so everyday I can get many emails from new customers,and I have many emails from customers who have ordered watches from me too,their watches still in my house,and they still have some questions about their watch,but all of these friends,I sincerely apologize for didn't reply you in time or didn't reply you in these days,

I meet a scammer last week,when I woke up at November 13,I got a email from PP,told me a customer make a dispute of my PP account,
he leave message to PP that I sell rep watch,without send me a email first,do this thing directly,I try to solve this thing,but he only threatening me and abuse me constantly,and told me he will tell PP in anytime if I didn't reply him in time,let PP frozen my account,all of my money in it then,I don't know what to do,I called Rochest and Mary(another TD in RWG) to my home,asked them for a help,we discussed and replied him the whole night,without sleep,
I closed my computer at 6:30 am,then after slept for 3 hours,got his new emails again,I have to woke up again,to reply him,last to 3:pm,finally finish this trouble,but I got a badly cold after this high strength,I really feel collapse about this thing,then stay on bed in the hospital for a day,after I back at weekends,I find I got many emails,
so I try to reply all of you now,if I didn't reply you still,maybe I missed it,if so,can you send me again?hope you can understand.

this is the third scammer I meet after I joined RWI,I have to be more and more careful to use PP,
and now I know I can't use that PP account already,PP company in China will notice it,
so I have to let my customers use WU now,even though who have ordered many watches from me,

I am planning to apply a new PP account recently,so if you have ordered watches from me before,or you are a VIP in RWI,or you are active in RWI,I can let you use PP still,
after we discussed via emails about the order,please send me a PM in RWI,so I can know who are you and think whether let you use PP,hope you can understand,

friends,I am only one person work,I am really too busy everyday,if I meet any trouble like scammer,or sick,it will delay my work,will delay other customers's order,so help all friends can understand me,

I know I am not the best dealer in here,but I always try my best to make me to be better about service,and no matter what time,I can say I am a honest dealer,my conscience is clear,if you are a scammer,please please don't send me a email about anything!thank you.

In my opinion you and Mary are the best 2 dealers in China. Too bad there will always be fools and scammers on the Internet.

You are the best dealer Lucy. You go out of your way to make sure your customer gets the best watch possible. always. Don't accept paypal from new people anymore. Only from members you know and trust. It is not worth losing that much money. I like using western union. It's fast and it is easy to use. Hope you are feeling better.

Wish we could get the name of the scammer who did this and make his life a little miserable like we do with scammers here. like his address, facebook, any social media accounts, place of work. We could really make this guys life miserable if Boss would let us.

Best of health to you, Lucy, and may all of this be resolved quickly, you should get in touch with the moderators/administrators here, if the person who scammed you was a member of RWI, then they should take proper action on it.

Hear all of your words,I am really very very touched,thanks for all of your support,after joined RWI,from a normal dealer to TD,I not only finish many orders,I really feel I got many friends,I am very glad that I got your approbation,

in fact,when this thing happen,that scammer always told me he will write a very bad review for me in RWG,so I thought maybe he is a member in RWG,I don't know his nickname in RWG or our forum,so Mary and Rochest wrote a email to RWG's moderator,send him that scammer's information,find he is a member in there,but rarely to log in RWG,Mary told me his nickname,so I try to find his nickname in RWI,but I can't find it,
I thought he have tried use different emails and names asked me watches,so I think maybe he have many nickname too,
I have tried send TB a email about him,just want other dealer beware of him,but don't know why,that emails didn't send out successfully,
with the ending of I refund him half of the payment,he didn't send me back anything,I just want this thing over asap then,
but this thing is over now,I just want it pass soon,so I don't want tell TB about it now,if he still try to make trouble to me,I will post his name and all information out and tell TB again about it,

post this thread just want to say a sincerely sorry to my customers who I didn't reply in time in these days.

Lucy, I sent you an email, but TB needs to know the informaton for this guy so that he can see if he is a member here too. Did he drop the paypal dispute? It is still frozen? Just please contact TB and tell him.

I am so sorry to hear all of this. For any of you guys not familiar with Lucy, she is - in my opinion - the best dealer around. This lady goes out of her way to make sure she finds you the best possible watch, regardless of if it's a 118 buck 21j or a higher end rep. She then keeps each piece for two or three days to ensure it functions properly AND if there's an issue she handles it before she ships it. And that's just about the best possible service you can ask for.

I hate to hear that some moron filed a dispute against you, Lucy. I have to agree with George - if you don't know the person then WU may be the best choice. I hope this is all resolved now and I hope you get to feeling better soon!

I hope the admins here are able to ID this scumbag and get him banned across all boards.

Thanks for being patient crunch. Like Jafo said above, Lucy is just an awesome dealer. a great person and friend too. She goes way beyond to pick out the best watch possible for you. Just be patient, give her a day or two and she should be back to full swing. She's got a lot of emails to respond to. maybe send another one if you don't get a response in a day or two. but stick with her because you will be more than happy with the watch you get from lucy.

I am quite sad that someone can do that to you Lucy. Do not be afraid to tell TB all the information about this guy. He has to be stopped in all Rep watch forums. If he can do it once, he will do it again. Be extra careful about PayPal Lucy. Send PMs to the guys here asking about members that are not familiar to you. We know the rotten ones here and the good ones here. Tell them to use WU if you have even the slightest hint of not trusting a buyer. If they refuse or give excuses for using WU, then there you go...........why trust him at all ??? Better careful then sorry........best regards as always............

Am sorry to hear about the trouble that a couple of people have caused. It is a pity that people take advantage of someones kindness and have given you sleepless nights. As people have mentioned, your health is more important so make sure you look after yourself first!

Just as a thought of this person, are you not able to use address where the watches were sent too and track it back it from there to find out who this person is and possible nicknames used in the forums?

Hey Lucy, sorry to hear the issues. Speedy recovery though!! I hate morons! I know since I got screw a couple of times on ebay and sad to say, here as well......
