Yes it is perfectly possible
Makers have already repped hobnail and square textured dial with great success:

PAM 028 - 057 - 253 - 286 - 569 - 025 - 332 are high quality reps reps
You have also 222 and 199 with less quality

Sexy looking but kind of disappointing this one has a sausage dial instead of sandwich like the 197. Would look so much nicer with sandwich.

With a sandwich this would have been the no-contest title holder of my favourite PAM. Sausage though and I think I'm still partial to the 438

Yes I'd also love to see a sandwich version but still a very cool watch. It's on my list as joint next watch to get along with a 1675 Franken build.

IMO sausage dials are better for hobnail surface.
Hobnail texture is always a nightmare for the cutouts

Be aware though, it seems to be built from a 292 base - the caseback is that from the 292 Black Seal. Not a great start, but the front of the watch looks very nice!

For my noob-y eyes the front looks good, and looking at http://www.9maiali.com/m/product-panerai-pam643-radiomir-ceramica/ (presuming they sell gens as per their pricing) the back looks fine as well?
