Some members have „supporter“ & „patron“ in their status. How come?

Stumbled over a handful of member profiles lately, that show „Supporter“ & „Patron“ State at the same time.
That confuses me a bit & I wonder how this may come?

I think it comes if you upgrade to Patron while being a Supporter

Feefo was a Patron for months. Without actually ever signing up for Patron. It's really a glitch in the forum software.

I was a patron allright. Must confuse me with someone else.

I actually still am, but sometimes all badges conflict with each other

Maybe I should elaborate further. In case of moderators, badges can conflict with each other (not always).
In case of normal users there's no hindrances to my knowledge. I also am not sure, but it may be that the supporter + patron badge is present when a member has paid BOTH, and not just upgraded. Then you have Gold patron if you want to contribute even more.

It was either with the section moderator - sales moderator badge conflict or when we talked about the same topic of this post, having both supporter and patron badges. Regardless, there's guys behind the scenes constantly looking and correcting these things, and there's the occasional glitches involved in IT stuff (IT'S NOT SCIENCE, IT IS BLACK MAGIC!)
