[SOLVED] Trusty Time - 2nd Order Issue (Andrew don't reply emails for follow up)

Hi all,

I made my first purchase with Andrew on January this year, made the payment with crypto and everything went smooth, nice and easy, Andrew replied each email in a short time, and took 1 week to QC inspection and 1 more week for my watch to arrive.

Now I have just made my 2nd purchase on May 26th, paid on the 27th, and since my payment I haven't heard back from Andrew, I have sent several emails for follow up, but nothing has happened. I checked if there were any email updates since the page recently change, but I see that the emails are still the same.

Do any one know if something happened?

Not sure, this has been something constant in the last few days. May be sick or something.

I placed m forth order on May 25th. Right before the site switched. I paid via BTC as usual and now have no follow up. This is very unlike my first three orders which went absolutely great and why I also continue to be very patient. Hopefully, your order starts moving along. As I’ve still not had a response to my emails please keeps us in the loop. If I don’t have traction by Tuesday the 10th I will join you in making a post to see if we can get some connections to ensure he’s okay and still in business after the switch from 88 to 138.

I was able to connect with Andrew tonight. He offered a refund and I’ve asked for the order to be processed. I anticipate I will hear back around 2-3 am my time which is my usual communication window with him. Fingers crossed we are back on track for another fantastic order! Let’s Go Trusty!
