i put on 6kg when i quit smoking and the wrist gain less than a hole diff on the strap ....

Hahah, that is a girly-man routine and it will give you girly man wrists :), if you want wrists that make the biggest tree trunks look like shrubs, Powerlifting is the only way.

people dont give a f*ck whether u a bodybuilder, powerlifter, or what,
i just want to be the best in what i do and look good naked.

I can lift heavy below 6reps max if i want to,
but i feel best when i concentrate on medium weight, put a lot stress and tension over muscle i want to train and grow
:)

None exercise is best for everyone, each one of us is different
but combination of building muscle and powerlifting should be giving result.

Those programs won't do much for your wrists, they push other parts of the body more than your wrists and don't hold them under tension much either. You are better off doing some farmer's walks, pick up some heavy ass 150-200lb dumbbells or whatever is the max you can lift, no pussy weight here, and walk around with them till you can't hold them anymore. Even so the gain to your wrists will be minimal, there's no muscle in that area, you are either born with big wrists or learn to live with it.

Here is the human equivalent of the school anatomy mannequin for muscle groups, notice the muscle groups in his forearms? Not much happening in the wrist area, there's almost no grow at all, and this is a man I saw pushing 2300 LB

is to decrease the size of your watch.

is to decrease the size of your watch.

Its true, but u can enhance how the big watch looks fit and amazing on ur wrist
By having lean rip fit strong arm muscle.
Its better than having a hanging and sliding watch all the way round
on ur wrist :)
