Well, I guess today I have learned two very important things and its not even lunch time yet.
1. Throwing a watch against a wall can result in it not running any longer.
2. Fakey takes his gnomes very seriously... Did you really pistol whip a guy over a stupid ass piece of yard decor?
In any event, if the OP is even still here... the rotor would have nearly nothing to do with the watch running or not running. I would suggest that you look in the area of the balance assembly. It is entirely possible that the shock of hitting the wall cracked or broke one or more of the jewels. I would first check the balance assembly, as THIS WOULD cause the watch to not run.
It could be as simple as re-setting it in the correct place.
I once had an A7750 fall off my work bench. It too would not begin to run. Took me all of 2 minutes to see that some how the balance staff had popped out. The screw was slightly loose. Put it back in place and it was fine.
