So...I bought a Tudor Submariner replica...but I thought it was real.

I'm back.
I paid 800usd from a Rakuten seller, upon further inspection it appears the original images we're actually taken from a Rolex forum type seller. Currently working on getting my money back but I'm not super optimistic.
I haven't had the case opened up but by guess is a ETA clone of some sort. It's 28'800 which it shouldn't be; it should be an ETa 2776 which was 21'000 bph.

Heres some of the pics it was shown with. The original add has been removed and the seller appears to have deleted his account.
Yeah that watch doesn't match the pics given at all. How did you pay the seller?

Sadly via Mastercard. If it had been with Paypal business transaction I wouldn't have been as upset. That being said, it was suspiciously cheap. Serves me right I guess.

Stings a bit though.

If that Mastercard is registered with a bank account, you can chargeback directly through your bank.

Instantly recognisable as pics stolen from HQMiltons web site . . .

No, not sadly by Mastercard, luckely you paid by Mastercard - do a charge back, it's fraud. It's obvious the watch in the pics was not the watch you were sent - for starters he stole those pics. Secondly your watch is not the watch in the pics. Contact the police, contact Mastercard - it's fraud.

Im guessing that you didn't do any research before buying at a more than suspiciously cheap price.

Hopefully you'll be able to do a CC chargeback but I think you need to be a little more diligent with your research next time.

CC chargeback should do the trick.
