Sad story.. you did marvelous job with rubber gloves on hand.. and sorry to hear about your past trouble sending watch to CN

the dealer (who shall remain anonymous) is highly respected and will replace it, but I have only ever sent a watch back to China once and it never arrived

I just sent a DeWitt Chrono back to China, to have strap replaced.. it arrived with no problem.. likely because it was sent EMS, and marked on customs form as a return..

Good Luck with the watch for days and days..
