Well, I suppose it also helps if one does weight training, and in particular arm/ wrist curls. I do that.

I believe it is a 40mm. I usually will change out my reps after 6 months or so. And usually after modding them.
For this Nautilus, I was told by the RWI resident king of PP (@Godfathar) that there is nothing much to mod.
That said, I am quite bothered by the crystal and the lume.
So we small see.
But you can still get this BPv2 from any TD here if you want it fast. It is a really nice rep.
