It was mentioned a while ago that if you have a custum strap made without the lug end insert you will get more bend at the lug. Making for a nicer fit on smaller wristed people. Not having this insert does not affect the quality of the strap.

Personally I would rather have the insert. Those without inserts tend to have strap plots stick out awkwardly!

Actually the RB 2 is build on the 42mm case. Jus tat the pushers are big. Unlike the 44mm novelties. I really cant pull tat off and had to sell them away...
