I did not have to do that on this one. I did have to cut a hole on my SL Trimix using leather punch and clean the hole with a small paper cutter blade.

DLC Pam 005

Pam005 44mm, 6.25" wrist, only complaint is even on the last hole, the rubber strap is a little loose on me. Where to get smaller rubber rep strap?

I just fit here at the upper limit: 16.5cm = 6.5" wrist size. The good thing: if you're into Rollies, all standard models fit perfectly. You typically have even one spare link left in the bracelet.

I took these from a slight bit further back in order to avoid the fisheye effect that comes from being close to the watch while taking pictures.

Here are a few shots:
This is a 36mm Squale 1515; note, the measuring tape is a bit up my arm from the normal location.

Here is a shot of just the tape. There is about 3mm missing form the end of the tape. As such, we are looking at somewhere between 170mm - 172mm.

Here is a shot of a generic Sub. As you can see, it is definitely at the limit of how big I can go without looking silly. In fact, at slightly over 40mm and then the huge crown, I consider it a bit over the limit.

Here is an IWC and PP'ish watch for further comparison:

Some skinny wrists here alright :| It seems at 6.75 inches I'm not too bad but the 46mm BR01-92 I've just ordered may have something to say about that. I'll report back with pics when it arrives.

Great thread. I'll post some pictures later, and will try to take the photos from a bit of a distance to avoid distortion.

I have a 6.75 inch, erm, wrist, and for me I think 40mm is the maximum size without looking a bit odd. But each unto their own!

It's hard to find reps smaller than 40mm, particularly annoying is the lack of smaller size dress watches (PP, JLC etc).

I've got two 36mm Datejusts on order, and am thinking about the 36mm Explorer also. Somewhat hard to find though.
