Bracelet is key to having a nice fit with IWC Pilot watches on skinny wrists. The IWC Mark XVII 41mm and the 3717 at 42mm with thicker case should fit 6.25" wrists. The XVII has the micro adjusting bracelet so you will get a perfect fit.

PS Sasa... I think that Big Pilot is the largest watch in the SWC thread!! That looks huge!

My wrist is really small : 6.2 (15,5 cm). I own a IWC Spitfire 39 mm, and it fits perfectly, in my opinion.

I'm looking for a first panaerai (preferably one that is evaluted as a super-rep). Any recommendations on which models will fit my wrist (6"-ish?). I am quite concerned that all PAM's will be too big for me ... Please help me out!

Well super rep PAMs are usually 44mm. There aren't any super rep 40mm yet.

Yes, I understand that there are no super reps that are 40mm. However, as the 44mm PAMs come in different cases, I was wondering which one wears small and would fit my small wrist.

Bettarini case would fit better on small wrist (like 111, 005...), 1950 cases (like 312) looks to wear a bit bigger although I still didn't have one. I have 7.1'' wrist and my 111 and 026 fits perfectly so on 6'' wrist 44mm would still look pretty big IMO. I hope that helps.

Bad day today, so I decided to go out watch-shopping. What do you guys think of this PAM111? Is it too big? My wrist is around 6.2" relatively flat.

My main concern is if it looks too big on my small wrist. Would love to hear what you think!
