See a lot of Lao jiao forumers here ordering from puretime. So just wanted to ask how long does it usually take for puretime to deliver to sillypore.

Just wanted to find out cos the stupid shipping tracker doesnt really work.

I've been buying mine from a 'reliable' hidden shop in KL and the trips up and down have been very tiring, so was hoping to find more dealers locally or even to learn about all these noob factory jargons..

Would love to meet up to chit chat if that doesn't sound so stalker-ish.

Anyone has experience package being redirect to paya lebar post center? (SPC)

mine got stuck in transit to nearest p.o then suddenly now in transit to paya lebar. No delivery attempt at all.

Do you have a tracking number bro?

Give singpost a call and enquire..confirm where the package is and best to pick it up at that location.

Call them already, 3 different explanation.

1) lady say attempted delivery and subsequent no collection so send back to SPC. ( tracking show in transit to my house nearest post office for 7 days, didn't receive unsuccessful delivery notice as well. Suddenly become transit to SPC today.)

2) guy say address got problem so send back SPC. ( but tracking did show it was on the way to my post office)

3) guy say need 3 workings days to find out why, but can collect 2 working days later at SPC. :facepalm: (what's the point of paying for registered mail when they don't even attempt to deliver?!? :confuse: )

first time getting this crap from them.
Puzzles me even more is that instead of delivering it after they found the parcel, they send it further.

Just insist that they deliver to the stated address then..if they did attempt, u would have gotten a written notice, which i'm guessing you dont..

Put it to them that their deliverymen are simply lazy and not doing their intended job..make sure you tell them that you have screen captures of the status (and you should) and will put it up into the public realm if you dont get the delivered item and a satisfactory explanation.

A simple apology doesn't cut it.

Ask to speak to their supervisor..keep pushing for someone with more authority..

I did try, the 3rd guy was trying to calm me down but in the end ended with "you will still have to collect your parcel from SPC you know? " :facepalm:

probably have to call again tomorrow.


have read those needed to pay taxes or gst will be redirected there too.
Hope it not this case for me as clearly it was release to my nearest p.o before redirected.

As long as it is a Trusted Dealers or Supporting vendor here, they are all reliable to make purchase with, Shinewatches included. Just go to their individual review section to have a look and choose your own dealer.
