The other day we were in Walmart looking for a few supplies, as many of you guys, I work out of town and always in Walmart grabbing something I forgot to bring with.. Anyways I ran across a product in the meat section called Sadler's beef brisket and figure what the heck, sick of McDonald's so we gave it a try... Sweet Jesus! Here let me show you...

Just a few minutes in my microwavable bowl!

A $3 bottle of Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce,

, and viola! Unbelievable melt in your mouth, more tender then the bread it's on..



Hope you guys enjoy.... possibly the best BBQ sandwich I've ever eaten.. No lie..

It's all you need... No kidding, the meat it's in it already cooked and it's melt in your mouth tender.. So really for about 20 bucks and 10 minutes you can eat the best bbq sandwiches you ever tasted for a couple days.. really is a great deal and a even greater sandwich...

Ive always shyed away from brisket because i ignorantly thought it was from the jiggly part of the neck, for some reason. And that put me off. Now looking at a cow chart, its from else where, and im OK with that.

Plus that Sammich you pictured did me in !

I don't know if this counts, but I only fire it up once a year.
